The work itself is varied. Commercial, industrial, MV, solar, government, service. You'll keep learning. You won't be stuck pulling MC for ten years.
The standard is high. We expect quality work, on schedule, the right way. We expect crews to take care of each other and the people we work alongside. We expect honesty. In return, we'll back you up, train you up, and pay you fairly.

We hire for character first, skill second. Skills can be taught. Character is who someone already is when they show up.
We don't tolerate dishonesty. If you broke something, say so. If you don't know how to do something, say so. If you have a concern, raise it. That's the deal.
Show up on time. Bring your A-game. Don't make excuses. The crew is counting on you, and we'll count on you, and we'll back you up when it counts.
You don't have to be the loudest person on a jobsite. But you do need to take safety seriously, follow procedures, and speak up when something's not right.
