Nordline Power Industries is a woman-owned commercial electrical contractor headquartered in Simla, Colorado. A Master Electrician on the technical side. A former GC Superintendent on the operations side. Built to last.
Our Story
Nordline Power Industries was started for a simple reason. Clients deserve a contractor who knows both sides of the job. The technical side and the operational side. The trade and the schedule.
Our Director of Electrical Operations spent 20 years in the field as an electrician. Commercial, industrial, medium voltage, utility. The full mix. The last 10 of those years he ran crews as a Superintendent for a major general contractor, which means he saw how jobs actually come together. RFIs, change orders, coordination meetings, the whole thing.
That's the unusual part. Most master electricians never run a job from the GC side. Most field superintendents couldn't terminate an MV cable if you handed them one. Mitchel has done both. So when he scopes a job, he's thinking like the contractor and the GC at the same time. That saves everyone money and headaches.
"We didn't just learn the trade. We led it. Two decades in the field, ten of those running crews for a major GC, and now we're bringing all of that to the Front Range under our own name."
Nordline Power Founding Team
Leadership
Nordline Power Industries is run by two people with two distinct lanes. Kristina handles the business side. Mitchel handles the technical side. Both have full authority in their domain.
President & Managing Member
Kristina runs the business. Operations, contracting, finance, certifications, the things that turn good electrical work into a company that holds together. She's the analytical side of the partnership and the one who keeps the long view in mind when day-to-day pressure tries to take over.
Director of Electrical Operations · Master Electrician
Mitchel runs the technical side. He's been an electrician for 20 years across commercial, industrial, medium voltage, and utility work. The last 10 of those years he was a Superintendent for a major general contractor, running crews on big jobs and learning the GC side of how everything fits together. So when he scopes a project, he's thinking like the contractor and the GC at the same time. That's not common.
Woman-Owned. Built for the Long Haul.
Nordline Power Industries is a woman-owned business. Our WOSB and EDWOSB applications are in process under the federal Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contracting Program, and our SAM.gov registration is active.
For GCs and owners pursuing federal, state, or government-funded work, that's useful. We're a real teaming partner who can help with diversity spend goals on the projects where it matters, and we'll bring real technical capability to the scope, not just the certification.
The other reason it matters is how we operate. We're not building this company for a quick exit, and we're not optimizing for next quarter's numbers. We're building it to be here in 20 years. That long horizon shapes how we estimate, how we hire, and how we treat the GCs and owners we work with.
How We Operate
These aren't slogans on a wall. They're the standards that guide how we estimate, build, and stand behind our work.
Straight talk. No spin. If we can't deliver, we'll say so. If we can, we'll show you exactly how.
We stand by our commitments and our people. Loyalty isn't a convenience. It's a constant.
Treat people right because it's who we are. It costs nothing to be a good partner.
How we act in small things is how we'll act in large ones. We don't compartmentalize ethics.
What We're Building Toward
Nordline Power Industries is the launchpad, not the destination. Electrical contracting is the first business we're building, and we plan to grow into adjacent operations as the right opportunities come.
Right now we're focused on commercial, industrial, government, and utility electrical work across Colorado's Front Range. WOSB and EDWOSB applications are in process. SAM.gov is active. We're building out the field team and earning spots on the prequal lists of major Colorado GCs and developers.
The point is staying power. We're not chasing a sale or a flip. We're building a contractor that holds its place on Colorado's prequal lists for the next 20 years and beyond.
We're not in a rush. We're building something that holds up.
We're actively pursuing commercial, industrial, government, and utility electrical opportunities across Colorado's Front Range.
